FUEL DELIVERY

Certified by the Indian Register of Shipping for ISO 9001:2015 for its Capability to Procure and Supply Fuel Oil Bunkers by Barges, Cochin Bunkers makes last-mile deliveries of fuel oil and HSD for various bunker suppliers in the Port of Cochin. The company has tied up with premier oil companies in India like Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Indian Oil Limited for procurement of marine bunkers for supply to ships in Cochin Port and its anchorage. The company at present operates with its own fuel oil carrier (M V CBL MANNANCHIRA is a 450 T DWT and the M V CBL VEMBANAD is a 300 T DWT HSD barge presently engaged in the supply of white oil to various Navy and merchant vessels in Cochin Port on behalf of Bharat Petroleum Limited and Indian Oil Limited. With its long-standing expertise and quality service, Cochin Bunkers Private Limited has been granted a license to trade in Bunkers by the Director-General of Shipping, Government of India.

CHEMICAL DELIVERY

CBPL is also engaged with the Chemical industry for the transportation of Hazardous Chemicals using Barges in the National waterways. We continuously strive to bring in quality and safe transport solutions and aim at introducing the use of environmentally-friendly inland vessels and concrete transport solutions. We plan to grow the chemical transport by coastal chemical tankers and add to its fleet as and when prospects arise. With its own two chemical tankers the M V CBL ASHTAMUDI and M V CBL KUMARAKOM we operate for the Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) in transporting of Sulphuric acid and Phosphoric Acid.

CBPL has identified several opportunities for the transport of chemicals on the west coast of India.
